Is anyone running an upgraded 350z clutch fork kit from CZP with a shortened pivot ball in their 300zx? Stock pivot ball is much longer in comparison and I wonder if the shorter one is ok to use even though CZP sells it as a kit for 300zx. I also came across a couple of threads with guys having clutch adjustment problems with a shorter pivot balls, but unfortunately they did not update the thread with a resolution. I am thinking that perhaps the 350z fork should be used with upgraded stock (long) pivot ball instead? Any thoughts? Below is a pic for reference. Shorter ball is 350z and longer one is upgraded 300zx.
